Prenatal Massage
A gentle massage that increases circulation, reduces tension and promotes relaxation for mother and baby. Prenatal massage helps alleviate the backaches, leg cramps, sleeplessness, and swelling that often accompany pregnancy. Special pregnancy cushions are used to ensure your utmost comfort and safety.

The MediStones are designed to be in motion and glide over every contour of the body. Medistones' use of heat and rhythmic application slows heart rate, increases gland activity, relaxes muscles, reduces mental fatigue and anxiety, and stimulates circulation and metabolism.

Lymphatic Drainage
(Chi Nei Tsang Method)
Light, gentle strokes are applied to accelerate the normal functions of the lymphatic system. It aids the body in the elimination of toxins, decreases pain, and cleanses the tissue of inflammation, edemas, and sinusitis. It is proven beneficial for fibromyalgia, post-surgery, and post-chemo and radiation treatments
*Contraindicated for those with active cancer, acute inflammation(caused by bacteria, viruses, or foreign bodies), blood clots/ deep vein thrombosis, and congestive heart failure. Please talk to your physician before scheduling your lymphatic drainage massage.

Cupping
A negative pressure massage using suction cups on the skin.
Stationary Cupping
Draws old, stale blood to the surface, enabling the lymphatic system to detoxify the body. The cup is placed for 5-20 minutes, then removed.
Sliding Cupping
The skin is lubricated, and the cups are slid back and forth across the skin, helping improve circulation and break up scar tissue.
Note:
It is common to have cupping marks for days to weeks after the treatment.
*Contraindicated for clients who take blood thinners, have open wounds, rashes, deep vein thrombosis, infection and fever.

Exfoliating Foot Treatment
A luxurious foot scrub made with organic pink Himalayan salt, organic coffee, and lemon and ginger essential oils. Removes dead skin, leaving feet soft and rejuvenated.
